Torah does not equal “Law.” The Torah means “the teachings of G-d.” Born as a Gentile, I’m not going to try and claim that I am Torah-observant, because I’m not. It would be inappropriate as a Gentile to try and take on the whole yoke of the Torah. However, according to the Pharisaical Rabbi Sha’ul of Tarsus, I’m also no longer a spiritual foreigner though either. Since I’ve been brought near by the blood of Messiah, I am, thank G-d, “called to the Torah.” The Torah that will be written on our hearts. The Kingdom constitution. Thanks to Jesus’ sacrifice, I am now a new creation, one that can be sanctified and made set apart for G-d by my process of learning how to obey His teachings, His Torah, as it is appropriate to a Gentile. He has called me to Himself, and to His character; and He calls you too, to enjoy the blessings of His teachings and His presence🤍
